Students must exhibit the ability to do grade level schoolwork and to respond appropriately to correction and moral teaching. The Administrator/Principal evaluates all enrollment requests. After receiving an admissions package from the office, a separate application must completed and returned for each child in the family. An appointment will be scheduled with the school administration for parents and prospective students. Parents should bring with them any report cards, achievement test results and work samples they may have to this appointment. Students applying to grades 5-12 must profess a personal relationship with the Lord and are required to sign the “Honor Code Pledge” which reflects the standards and principles taught at Faith Academy/Faith Prep. Students may be administered placement testing. This is at the discretion of the Administration to further evaluate the student’s ability to remain on level with the class. References may be requested from the student’s Pastor and/or former teachers Upon receipt of the non-refundable registration fee and resource fee, required registration forms; health information, and after availability is confirmed, a place will be reserved for your child. Tuition is paid monthly by electronic withdrawal to FACTS Tuition Management Services for a small yearly fee per family. Please refer to the tuition contract regarding your financial obligation to the school for early withdrawal.
